A 38-year-old has been quarantined in Barcelona over fears he may test positive for the Ebola virus. Test results are expected to be confirmed within the next 48 hours.
The man was admitted to Barcelona's Hospital Clinic on Wednesday evening with symptoms of the disease, Spain's 20 minutos newspaper reported.
He has been isolated, a statement from the regional health authorities said.
