Three Confirmed Whooping Cough Cases
Friday, May 16, 2008 - 04:37 PM

There are now three confirmed cases of whooping cough diagnosed among students in Oconee County. Earlier this week, we told you about the first case at Northside Elementary in Seneca. The district tells us a second child at the school has been diagnosed with it. There is also a confirmed case at James M. Brown Elementary in Walhalla, and a suspected case at Walhalla Elementary, according to district officials. The district is asking parents to be on the look-out for symptoms.
