...4 District Government hospitals ...closed down with no doctor and nurses to attend to patients that visit the hospitals for medical care.

...the four districts are Portloko Government Hospital, Kambia Government Hospital, Makeni Government Hospital and Tonkolili Government Hospital....

...most of the nurses and doctors said they did not have enough equipment to do their work and most of them have not got the appropriate training in the fight against the Ebola disease.

Portloko Government Hospital... the district recorded 28 cases of Ebola at the time with no doctors and nurses to take blood samples for testing so that they can refer the cases for treatment if found positive.

...there will be more death rates as there will be an increase of people suffering from other medical conditions in the provinces where they had been deprived of proper medical attention especially in these four districts.
