The State Department of public health (Sesap), through its technical area surveillance of influenza and acute respiratory diseases, announced on Tuesday the epidemiological situation of influenza A (H1N1) in Rio Grande do Norte since the beginning of the year until the last day June 2, 91 were received notifications for H1N1, being 10 confirmed cases (with a death registered) and 61 cases disposed. The latest confirmed case was a child of one year of age, resident in Natal, hospitalized on 16 April. The child was discharged on May 7 and passes well.
