Insurance firm tells staff to keep schtum over possible swine flu outbreak

Employees at loss adjuster Cunningham Lindsey's Glasgow office have been warned by bosses not to mention to visitors it is being investigated for a possible swine flu outbreak.



According to the Scottish Sun employees were sent an email ordering them to keep silent over the probe at their Glasgow offices.

It reports the message from customer services manager Debbie Daley asks staff not to mention it to visitors from Nationwide Building Society, adding: ?As you know Nationwide will be in the office today ? please do not bring up the issue or discuss swine flu with them.?

A source told the Scottish Sun: ?People are coming in to the offices, potentially being exposed to the disease and the company knows all about it. If it was me and I caught it I would be fuming.?

The company has allegedly admitted two employees had been tested for the disease. One of the tests had come back negative and they are still awaiting the results of the other test.

This is on the same trail as the somewhere non-citing the name of schools with flu infected cases.

It will be important to know what there says the actual laws about,
or if there (and elsewhere) were already instaurated an emergency law which derogated the usualy law which impose the infectious illness awareness to the entering persons if the potentialy illnessed works in contact with peoples.
