وبناءً على الصلاحيات المخولة له، At the powers conferred upon him,
وبعـد الاطـلاع على نظام اختصاصات وزارة التجارة والصناعة الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 66 وتاريخ 6/4/1374هـ. Having examined the terms of reference of the Ministry of Trade and Industry issued the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 66 and the date 6/4/1374 e.
وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (50) وتاريخ 17/3/1410هـ، المتضمن تحديد السلع والمنتجات المستوردة والمناط فحصها وفسحها من قبل مختبرات وزارة التجارة والصناعة. And the Council of Ministers Decision (50) and the date 17/3/1410 e, containing the identification of goods and imported products and assigned a room and examined by the laboratories of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
بعد الاطلاع على القرارات الوزارية رقم (7090) وتاريخ 12/7/1425هـ، ورقم (9238) وتاريخ 21/9/1426هـ، ورقم (901) وتاريخ 27/1/1427هـ، ورقم (1531) وتاريخ 15/2/1427هـ، ورقم (3080) وتاريخ 3/3/1427هـ، ورقم (3725) وتاريخ 30/3/1427هـ, ورقم (6057) وتاريخ 6/12/1427هـ الصادرة بفرض الحظرعلى إستيراد لحوم الدواجن وبيض المائدة ومنتجاتها الطازجة والمبردة والمجمدة المصدرة إلى المملكة. Having taken note of the ministerial decrees No. (7090) and the date 12/7/1425 e, and No. (9238) and the date 21/9/1426 e, and No. (901) and the date 27/1/1427 e, and No. (1531) and the date 15/2/1427 e, and No. (3080) and the date 3/3/1427 H, and No. (3725) and the date 30/3/1427 e, and No. (6057) and the date 6/12/1427 e Alhzerali issued by imposing import of poultry meat and table eggs and their products, fresh and chilled and frozen exports to the Kingdom.
وبعد الاطلاع على المعلومات والتقارير الصادرة عن المنظمة العالمية للصحة الحيوانية (OIE) التي تفيد خلو كل من (الأردن، ألبانيا، تايلاند، رومانيا، إيطاليا، زمبابوي، فلسطين، ماليزيا وميانمار) من مرض إنفلونزا الطيور. Having examined the information and reports issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), which is free of both (Jordan, Albania, Thailand, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Palestine, Malaysia and Myanmar) of avian influenza.
يقـــرر مايلي:- Decides that: --
1. 1. رفع الحظر المؤقت المفروض على إستيراد لحوم الدواجن وبيض المائدة ومنتجاتها الطازجة والمبردة والمجمدة المصدرة إلى المملكة من كل من (الأردن، ألبانيا، تايلاند، رومانيا، إيطاليا، زمبابوي، فلسطين، ماليزيا وميانمار) وذلك بناء على التقارير الصادرة عن المنظمة العالمية للصحة الحيوانية (OIE) التي تفيد خلو تلك الدول من مرض إنفلونزا الطيور، على أن تكون لحوم الدواجن وبيض المائدة ومنتجاتها الطازجة والمبردة والمجمدة مطابقة للإشتراطات الصحية والضوابط الفنية والمواصفات القياسية المعتمدة. Temporary lifting of the ban imposed on importation of poultry meat and table eggs and their products, fresh and chilled and frozen exports to the Kingdom of (Jordan, Albania, Thailand, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Palestine, Malaysia and Myanmar), based on reports issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE ) That benefit those countries free of bird flu outbreaks, with the meat and poultry products and eggs round fresh, refrigerated and frozen conform to the requirements of health and controls the technical and standard specifications approved.
2. 2. يطبق هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره ونشره. This decision is applied from the date of publication and dissemination.
3. 3. على وكالة الوزارة لشئون المستهلك تنفيذ مقتضى هذا القرار وإبلاغ مضمونه للجهات ذات العلاقة للعمل بموجبه. The Agency for Consumer Affairs Ministry to implement this resolution and may inform the content of the points related to work it.
