In San Patricio County, school leaders report three more possible cases of swine flu.

Tuesday, the Health District said there were two cases of H1N1 at two Sinton Elementary Schools and third case at a Gregory-Portland Middle School.

Today, there's a suspected swine flu case and type-a case in Sinton, while another flu victim has popped up at G.P.

Doctors report 98% of all flu cases are H1N1, so these three additional cases are presumed to be swine flu.
