Three young men being held at the Sacramento County Youth Detention Facility may have swine flu, according to officials.

"In an abundance of caution we are treating as an outbreak within this facility," said Erin Treadwell, spokeswoman for Sacramento county probation department.

The two juveniles are still showing symptoms and are at the facility's eight-bed infirmary. Another young man has fully recovered and is back in his housing unit, according to Treadwell. Officials haven't determined whether they will test the juveniles to confirm the presence of the H1N1 virus.
