MOSCOW, March 5 - RIA Novosti. X5 Group has introduced restrictions on the sale of socially significant goods in retail in one hand, RIA Novosti was told in the press service of the retailer.
Yesterday , the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade allowed retail chains to restrict the sale of a number of socially important goods to one hand in order to combat speculators.
