MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - General Mills and health officials are investigating an ongoing, multi-state outbreak of E. coli that may be linked to Gold Medal flour, Wondra flour, and Signature Kitchens flour.

Out of an abundance of caution, a voluntary recall is being made...
