MONTREAL ? Quebec?s public health agency has confirmed that there is a suspected case of Ebola in the Abitibi-T?miscamingue region of the province.

The agency confirmed that the patient is showing symptoms suggestive of the virus, and a has history of contact with travellers from one of the affected countries in West Africa. An analysis has been sent to the Laboratoire de sant? publique du Qu?bec.

There have been three other suspected cases of Ebola in Quebec, all of which tested negative.
