Q-fever in the Netherlands - an overview


In the periodical "Wageningen World" starting on page 10, you can read an article on the Q-fever outbreak in the Netherlands.

A particulair strain was/is the dominating one in the Netherlands, researchers wonder if this strain may be more virulent than other strains.

Personally I have my doubts, I did not see any indication of more virulence.

Research is ongoing, we'll wait and see.
