Enterovirus Up Slightly in Pa.

HARRISBURG - Pennsylvania now has 32 confirmed cases of a respiratory virus that's been striking children. That's according to new figures on Enterovirus D-68, released today by the Centers for Disease Control. There are still only 2 in the southwest part of Pennsylvania, which includes 2 counties in our region, Cambria and Somerset.

The State Health Department isn't giving specifics when there are fewer than 5 cases in a county. The largest number of EV-D68 patients, 17, are in the southeastern part of the state...
