The Department of Epidemiolog?a of the Central Hospital of the IPS confirmed that a 31-year-old patient domiciled in Capiat?, is in the Central Hospital, with a picture of bacterial sharp meningitis and meningoencefalitis viral.
The patient had consulted last August 8 in the Hospital of Lambar? and August 10 it was derived to the Central Hospital of the IPS, in whose Unit of Intensive Therapy remained an inmate in delicate state.
The last medical report of Epidemiolog?a indicates also, that there registered the death of a 73-year-old patient, proceeding from Lambar?, who had penetrated last August 14 for pneumonia with pleural effusion and tumor paratifoideo.
Consequently they remain 19 inpatients for different respiratory complaints, of whom 2 find in the Unit of Intensive Therapy of Adults, 3 in the Unit of Intensive Pediatric Therapy and 1 with H1N1, boarding school in intermediate therapy.
