demonstrate positivity for respiratory viruses in decline , currently
38.3 % ( 1.626/4.245 ) last week reached 31.6 % (6 /19). Among the viruses
identified to SE 47, the largest proportion in Syncytial Virus
Respiratory 985 cases (61 % ), followed by influenza A H3, 296 cases ( 18%) and
Influenza B, 132 cases (8 %), Parainfluenza addition , 110 cases (7 % ) , Adenovirus ,
51 cases ( 3%), human metapneumovirus 14 cases (1% ) and finally the Influenza
A H1N1 pdm September 37 cases ( 2%).

As recorded on Staff Weekly Notifiable at the national level ,
ILI consultations accumulated since the 1st EW EW 50 ( December 30, 2012 to 14
December 2013 ) amounted to 403,040 showing a drop in the past
five weeks, going from 6,217 in 49-6058 consultations in EW 50 , with a rate
90.8 per 100,000, hinting at the channel strip alert

2 - Sentinel Surveillance : Monitoring Inpatient consultations for ILI and SARI :
In sentinel surveillance in regard to the proportion of ILI consultations in
week 50 was maintained in the order of 4% ( 307/7.591 ) of total consultations within
