HAFIZABAD: In the village Kotli Ameer Singh, a mysterious disease claims two lives so far and a number of people are also suffering from it. According to details, the disease attacks the neck of a person and the patient feels a severe pain in his stomach. The patient starts vomiting and suffering dysentery and then dies. Two such patients, 40- years-old Muhammad Azam and 18-year-old Safeer had died due to this mysterious disease. Another patient Abubakar has been rushed to the DHQ hospital in a very serious condition. A number of other people are feared to suffer from it. A team of health department has started working for the diagnose of disease. Demo at village Kolo Tarar: Saira Afzal Tarar MNA, chairperson Punjab education task force, belongs to village Kolo Tarar, where hundreds of natives demonstrated against no facility of sewerage water. The dirty water of toilets has remained in their houses and streets. They blamed that some influential elements have blocked the street nullah which has blocked the passage of their dirty water. They blocked the road, burnt tyres and stopped the traffic for an hour. They raised slogans for the facility of sewerage and sanitary. They also briefed the media that in this modern age, they are deprived of basic civic facilities including health and education despite MNA's village. They opined in their anger that if MNA cannot provide them facilities then she should resign her MNA ship.

I can't find the rest of this article, but Google is linking me to this site with this summary. If it is a "throat" disease, that would explain the "attacks the neck" line. Any help here finding this, gals and guys?
