KARACHI: Dengue outbreak in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has claimed 69 lives so far, according to a report by World Health Organization. LAHORE: Reportedly, more than 24,807 cases of dengue fever have been confirmed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in 2017.
On October 26, World Health Organisation (WHO) reported that out of 87,250 suspected cases of dengue fever in KP, 18,892 were confirmed by laboratories. WHO also reported 58 deaths from the disease including the 53 deaths registered in Peshawar district where 78,844 suspected cases were reported and 16,991 confirmed.
