Conditions. There are people who do not get food all day, and being aware of their patients, bring a bag.
The ER of the General Hospital is a place where no one ever goes, however, is always full. There, the ambulance sirens do not stop to listen and receive continuous ramp taxis and motor units that come with patients that require prompt attention.
The picture of the place is distressing, but at night is bleak. Old, women with babies in arms, children scamper around, without really knowing why they are there and even people who already know and greet them by name with the nurses and guards, have spent much time there...
