LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Nevada public health officials reported a confirmed case of measles in a Las Vegas visitor who attended ConExpo at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The Southern Nevada Health District and Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health confirmed that the infected person attended the convention on March 6 and March 7 and spent some time in Las Vegas on March 8, and was infectious during this time.

Those who were at the Las Vegas Convention Center during this time or may may have had contact with the infected individual, should review their immunization status and contact their health care providers if they are not fully vaccinated against measles or have not previously had the disease, SNHD said...

The 2026 convention in Las Vegas had over 2,000 exhibitors and over 140,000 attendees, according to ConExpo’s website.
