The Health Ministry, which supports the nurses, called on the families of patients to assist in their care at hospital.

The National Nurses Union today launched labor sanctions, and will not admit new patients into internal wards whose occupancy rate is already over 100%. The sanctions are not over pay, but to demand more manpower and beds in the wards....
