  • In short: At least 140 people have reported falling sick after two gastro outbreaks at The Park Melbourne in Albert Park, in Melbourne's inner south.
  • The outbreaks occurred at a wedding and at a conference held by the Australia and New Zealand Burns Association last week.
  • What's next? The cause is unknown, and the Victorian Department of Health is investigating in conjunction with the local council and public health unit.
  • The venue said it had been cleared to continue trading by Port Phillip Council, following a precautionary deep clean.
