This is a good showcase of the power of current animation. The inner life of the cell it has no commentary but shows actin filament formations and destruction, motor transport of endosomes along filaments, ribosomal mRNA translation etc.

This one shows the conformational changes to the SARS-CoV-2 Spike homotrimer that leads to the exposure of the fusion peptide, its insertion into the cell membrane, contraction and envelope fusion.
