Monticello nuclear plant shuts down automatically

The had just come back online at the end of October following a 10 day outage due to power failure caused by a bad cable that triggered an automatic shutdown. They said that outage did not involve safety issues, so the problem seems to be getting more serious, or the latest shutdown is due to an unrelated, but more serious problem.
