MI Nurses Rally for Ebola Standards

The Michigan Nurses Association rallied in front of the state capitol Wednesday. The nurses are asking Governor Snyder to lay out guidelines for every state hospital to follow if they ever deal with Ebola patients.

Emergency nurse, Pam Becker, "Some hospitals are providing power points to their nurses and calling that training. Other hospitals have sent emails with links to maybe the CDC website and considered that training. It's really not anywhere near effective."

The nurses want standards set on staff size, protection of their benefits, proper training equipment and hands-on training with that equipment...
