Mexico registers 33 thousand 660 new infections of Covid-19 in 24 hours
The country has already accumulated 6 million 556 thousand 679 cases since the pandemic began

The Ministry of Health reported that in the last 24 hours, 33,660 new infections of Covid-19 were reported, as well as 115 deaths from the disease.

According to the Daily Technical Report, with these figures, the country has already accumulated 6,556,679 cases and 326,879 deaths since the pandemic began.

Similarly, as of today there are 227,894 active cases registered, of those positive that began with symptoms associated with the disease in the last 14 days.

Regarding these cases, the states with the highest number are: Mexico City, Colima, Querétaro, Baja California Sur, San Luis Potosí, Tabasco, Sinaloa, Coahuila, Tlaxcala and Nuevo León.

Given the increase in infections, health authorities recommend maintaining prevention measures such as healthy distance, the use of face masks in closed spaces and constant hand washing.
