The Ministry of Health and Welfare, State Government identified in the town of Cerro de Ortega, a town of Tecoman, Colima border area of Michoac?n, one case of cholera bacteria strain of Vibrio cholerae O1 negative, in less than 5 years of age, confirmed the head of the agency, Agustin Lara Esqueda.
