Dar es Salaam, Tanzania - Heavy rains, stagnant water and the lack of she lters and mosquito nets have added to growing concerns of a likely outbreak of infectious diseases, especially malaria, in the Kalma camp of internally displaced persons (IDP) in South Darfur, the international peacekeeping mission there reported Friday.
