I live in St. Augustine, FL and today we just received news that a woman we know is in the hospital with "double pneumonia" and on "life support". She was 27 weeks pregnant and is so bad that they took the baby by C-section.

We also know a family who is sick and their 3-yr old is in the hospital as well.

This strain seems to be spreading effectively in the hot, humid weather here in FL. We might experience one long wave of infections rather than two waves with a respite in between.
