seems they are no longer active.


seems people no longer care a lot about withheld sequences.
It wasn't really a subject last year - except Indonesia.
And then just withholding from WHO, not WHO --> public,
what the purpose was for founding OFFLU.

Also, what's with GISAID ? Indo says they support GISAID upload,
but it remains unclear what the conditions are.
No info from GISAID.
