LINK (HUNTINGTON BEACH) CORPORATION of Cerritos, California is recalling Shiitake-Ya brand Gourmet Shiitake Slices with a ?SELL BY date? of 04/16/2013 because the mushrooms may be contaminated with the chemicals carbendazim, fluoranthene, and pyrene. Residues of these chemicals are not approved on dried mushrooms.
The Gourmet Shiitake Slices were sold exclusively to Costco Wholesale locations in California, Oregon, and Washington.
