Public Health - Dayton and Montgomery County announced Friday that a middle-age female resident of Kettering has been confirmed as the first H1N1 flu case in Montgomery County.
Local Health officials stress that everyone should be getting their flu shots now in order to be prepared for when flu cases become more widespread.
On Oct. 4, Public Health ? Dayton and Montgomery County will begin administering seasonal flu shots at the Public Health Clinic located in the lower level of the Reibold Building.
The clinic will give flu shots on Mondays and Wednesdays, in the morning hours from 8-11 a.m.
