Tokyo police warn 855 cyclists for wearing headphones in traffic campaign

A total of 855 of the 1,571 warning slips that police handed cyclists during a traffic regulation campaign in Tokyo on Feb. 10 were for wearing headphones, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has announced.
