The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on the 18th [May], [said that] Ebola hemorrhagic fever is [suspected in]a Japanese Fukuoka Prefecture resident, a man in his 40s in who returned from West Africa, Guinea where the fever is epidemic, it announced that it had been conveyed to the Fukuoka Prefecture of hospital.
