Foreign rubella, measles cases on the rise in Japan
Where once rubella and measles were thought to be mostly childhood afflictions, there has been a sudden rise in reported cases in Japan, caused by viruses originating overseas, with men in their 30s and 40s considered particularly vulnerable.
