M5.1 quake jolts eastern Japan

TOKYO (Kyodo) -- A strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.1 jolted eastern Japan on Tuesday afternoon, the Japan Meteorological Agency said, while issuing no tsunami warning.
