he went to see the doctor in Hospital, Monbetsu city
diagnosis: influenza

from 31 Jan to 1st Feb.,
cured at home

2nd Feb.,
his condition took a sudden turn for the worse at morning
he was taken to University Hospital, Sapporo city in a helicopter ambulance
and he died of infectious disease caused by influenza
