2 girls infected with Yersinia in Shizuoka
from 24 July,
high fever(over 40), rash and vomiting
1st Aug.,
2 girls were sent to shizuoka city hospital or prefectural hospital
4 Aug.,
transferred to prefectural children Hospital for decreased renal function
suspected Yersinia infection and reported to public health center
2 girls in prefectural children Hospital now
hearing investigation by public health center
21 July.,
8 elementary school children(including 2 girls) went to a restaurant
ill health: 7 children
factor of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis from stools: 2 children(excluding 2 girls)
however, Yersinia was undetected from restaurant
past Yersinia case in Shizuoka
on 1972
