أكد تقرير حكومى أن مصر تمتلك مخزوناً اسراتيجياً كافياً من عقار ?التاميفلو? الذى يعالج أنفلونزا الطيور والخنازير، يقدر بنحو ٥ ملايين جرعة.​

A governmental report that Egypt has a sufficient stockpile of the antiviral drug Asiratejia ?Tamiflu? treating avian flu and swine, it is estimated that about 5 million doses.

قال بيان، صادر عن غرفة العمليات فى مركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار التابع لمجلس الوزراء، إن وزارة الصحة توضح أن هذا العقار لا يستخدم إلا عند حدوث الإصابة بفيروس ?H١N١? المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير.​

A statement, issued on the Situation Room in the Center for Information and Decision Support Center of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Health show that the drug be used only when an infection ?H1N1? known bird pigs.

وجاء فى البيان أن عدد الحالات التى تم اكتشاف إصابتها بالمرض فى مصر بلغ ٣٩٦ حالة حتى مساء أمس الأول، تم شفاء ٢٨٥ حالة منها بنسبة ٧٢٪ من إجمالى الحالات المصابة.​
