  • There have not been any new outbreaks reported in the last one and a half month and the official restrictions have been lifted on all the affected farms.
  • The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration therefore considered the event to be resolved.
  • Official restrictions were placed on the involved mink holdings and were lifted when clinical signs have been absent for at least seven days.
  • The mortality has on average been of 0.8% in the affected holdings.
  • The morbidity has been very different between the affected holdings (ranging from less than 1% to 97%) and has on average been approximately of 25%.
