From the monitoring results of Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation May 23, in one of the crater (Crater Weigh) in the Dieng Mountains was no increase in CO2 concentration. These events happened two hamlet (Hamlet and Hamlet Simbar Attack) Sumberrejo Village, District Batur, Banjarnegara District.
There are no victims died, the victim sustained serious injuries and minor injuries in the incident, but there was displacement of ? 410 people at Town Hall and High School I Batur Batur. There are no health facilities are damaged.
Local health personnel had to evacuate the victims, establish health posts, and provide health services in health centers. PPK Regional Health has sent a team to bring relief in the form of medicines as well as coordinate with relevant agencies.
Until now, local health personnel still conduct monitoring in the disaster area.
Monitoring continues to be done by District Health Office Banjarnegara, Central Java Province Regional PPK and Center for Health Crisis Ministry of Health.
