I am under the impression that Indonesia has not really had any trouble with bf in poultry farms. The problems had been in backyard flocks and bird markets. Is this correct?

Off the top of my head, I can recall one other outbreak in a poultry farm -- I think it was on Sumatra -- and I'm almost certain it was in quail. Hundreds of quail died, if I'm remembering correctly. (I'll try to find the reference -- it was something like 4-5 months ago.)

In general, you are right -- bf seems to mainly be a problem in backyard poultry in Indonesia. But there have been a couple of outbreaks in larger poultry farms. Dunno how 'large' the farms are in Sumatra, though....
