But they cite difficulty in the cleanup

INDIANAPOLIS -- A bovine tuberculosis outbreak in two herds in southeastern Indiana has been contained, but it's proving difficult to clean up, state officials said Tuesday.
After the outbreak was found in two herds in Franklin County last year, there were more than 2,000 deer tested to be sure the disease hadn't spread. One deer tested positive for TB, officials said.
Of the two herds, one was eliminated and the other has 45 cattle remaining of an original 63, said officials with the Indiana State Board of Animal Health. Two cattle in the herd have been quarantined.
The herd being monitored is owned by a woman who reportedly inherited it from her deceased father. The woman, who has not been identified, is said to be keeping the herd for sentimental reasons. She has told state officials that they can remove cattle once they prove infection...
