BEL?M - The cases of pig flu confirmed in the Par? increased 1/3 in only one week. In accordance with the numbers of the last report of the Co-ordination of Vigilance to the Health of the Public General office of Level of health (Sespa), spread in this Thursday, between 3 of January and 6 of March were notified 195 cases of infection by the virus H1N1. Already in the period between the days 7 and 13 of March, in other words, in only one week, there were diagnosed 283 cases, an increase of 41 %.

The data of the Sespa show that 17 persons died infected by the virus H1N1 in 74 days and that there was an increase of five fatal cases in only one week. Between the deaths, seven pregnant ones are.
