Hong Kong reports 381 new cases of A/H1N1 flu

HONG KONG, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong had confirmed 381 cases of Influenza A/H1N1 in the 24 hours to 02:30 p.m. Friday, bringing the total number of the cases to 10,849, Hong Kong health authorities said.
The new cases involved 195 males and 186 females, aged between seven months and 85 years old, said a spokesman from the Department of Health of Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong's Hospital Authority said that currently, a total of 105 confirmed cases are staying in public hospitals for treatment. Among them, 88 cases are in stable condition, seven in serious and ten in critical condition.
