The patient, Manohar Lal (36), has been identified to be a resident of Solan. He was admitted to IGMC on Thursday after which tests confirmed him to be positive for the H1N1 virus on Friday. Confirming the death, IGMC senior medical superintendent Ramesh Chand said the patient was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition.
