This article discusses using "The power of belief" and a "Dreamcap" to help children to sleep better and avoid bad dreams that may be caused by stress in families, specifically the military deployment of a parent. I was wondering about other possible applications such as a pandemic or other long term emergency?

Re: Helping children cope with stress and trauma

Thank you to bring this up Amish Country,

For personnal reason I have made quite a few research on this and I certainly would like Joe or others to step in.

From what I have gathered the central benefactor element for kids is A SENSE OF BELONGING and FAITH in all humbleness.

It is succintly like that, that i cultivate the perspective of the future with my children and I believe from what I am being told that it is efficient.

May some of you come in and add some more, our kids will definitly need this.
