On the NA tree there are 10 isolates in the branch labeled H274Y (four are underlined, but the graph appears to indicate all 10 have H274Y and therefore are Tamiflu resistant).

thanks, I didn't yet notice the NA-tree.
It's on page 40 of the .pdf, page 38 of the paper-enumeration

they use other viruses for the H1N1- NA-tree than for the H1N1- HA-tree,
although many are used twice.

all 10 are underlined in the NA-tree in my picture, they form an own
separated branch of the tree suggesting just one introduction

22 viruses from 2007/8 in the H1N1-NA-picture, 10 of which were resistant
(H274Y=H275Y)
