Abstract
Molecular testing of 270 consecutive naso-pharyngeal samples taken in May/June 2009 and 274 samples from patients hospitalised between July and December showed similar findings of respiratory viruses, influenza A/H1N1p being the most represented, followed by human parainfluenza-3 virus and rhinoviruses. Statistical analyses suggested co-circulation in the absence of viral interference.
