SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) ? It?s that time of year again, flu season.

?We?re starting to see the usual winter respiratory infections?lots of sinus infections, Bronchitis, occasional case of flu,? said Ira Helfand, a doctor at the Family Medical Center in Springfield.

The coughing, sneezing, itchy eyes and throat?we?ve all experienced it and this year is no exception.

?Just a lot of people coughing, sneezing, sinus pain, feeling crummy,? said Helfand.

But most recently, a stomach bug has been going around...
