Flu forces Fayetteville, TN schools to shut down

FAYETTEVILLE, TN (WAFF) -

Fayetteville, Tennessee schools will shut down Thursday and Friday due to the flu.

School officials said 20 percent of the school is affected by the virus so far, and the numbers are climbing.

The schools affected are Ralph Askins Elementary, Fayetteville Middle and Fayetteville High School. Most of the cases are from the elementary school.

Lincoln County High School is not affected by the closures...
